Dear Colleague,
I hope you are keeping well and having a chance to use your ACXM skills! This periodic update is packed full of goodness with the CEMMethod overview and storyboard with also an invite to upgrade your own online professional profile via the CX Professionals playbook.

Navigating the CX transformation process can feel like a daunting ask. Here is the storyboard I personally use to guide my delivery of the CEMMethod. I suggest using this in association with the deck from your training – if you want the latest version of that and the materials drop me a line and I will ping them back.

This is me giving back with a 7-chapter explanation of how to get your profile front and centre in the world of Customer Experience.
I have used real life examples to show how you can improve your online digital presence to make more meaningful contacts and get you noticed for your professionalism.
